Does The Landscape Group Provide A Warranty?

Do You Buy Your Plants Or Hard Goods From Big Box Stores?

Absolutely Not. There is a large difference in the quality between our suppliers and big box stores. Plant goods from a big box store in the nursery industry are called 2nds which means they are not high enough quality to be send to a nursery. Hard goods are a little different story. Yes our suppliers carry the same brand name products as big box stores but quality and options are very different.

What Is The Return On My Investment?

Most studies show the landscaping can add at much at 12-15 percent to the value of your home. Depending on your neighborhood though, a patio, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and other hardscaping features can really make a difference when selling your house.

Do You Hand Draw Your Designs Or Use A Computer?

We use a design software to create landscape designs.

Do You Install Stamped Concrete?

No we do not install stamped concrete. Stamped concrete looks nice for the first 3 to 5 years but like all concrete it tends to crack and the color will fade in time.

Will You Mow My Yard After It Rains?

It will all depend on how much it has rained and what the future weather forecast is saying. In our eyes mowing your yard just to say it's mowed is not worth running the chance of leaving mud tracks or ever leaving ruts in your yard.

What if it rains after weed control is applied?

The weed application generally works in about an hour, i.e. once they have dried out. We try to use chemicals or products that help the herbicides stick to the weeds in adverse conditions so they are not affected by rainfall. Also, products such as grub controls, pre-emergent and fertilizers are actually helped by the rainfall.

Should we use preventive grub control every year?

It is very important to use preventive grub control each year. White grubs are very destructive and damage your lawn very quickly. Eliminating these grubs can also prevent damages from animals such as opossums, skunks, and raccoons.
